Right, and that's what I'm alluding to indirectly.

There's a reason OTC companies LOVE PRing LOIs. The chief of which is the non-binding nature, including the lack of necessity of filing anything with the SEC.

Of course, they could have done so if they wanted to. Of course, they didn't.
