Question for the brains of the board, what is the minimum placebo rate we need to hit 15% RRR and get a positive result on the PE? Does it have to be 5.2% or better?

I know some folks way smarter than me are predicting a possible 30%+ RRR, but I was just wondering what we need to have the trial be a success at a minimum.
