As of December - what was the ratio of preferreds/common that ackman owned? Do you know off the top of your head?

this is a trick question as the allocation was something like $100MM+ of common and closer to $10MM? in prefs.

So while I see your point - please don't use Ackman as a common shareholder bludgeon under false pretences - sure he started a position in the pref but he hadn't made a dramatic shift.
