JL - if RI is a homerun, undoubtedly it is because of the EPA:AA ratio. Then why do you think that EPA:AA was not a required measurement in RI? Instead of messing around with TG >150, 200, why not make EPA/AA ratio < X a requirement for admission?

PS thinking about my own question... I think that knowing what Amarin knows now, if they could do it over, they would perhaps not use TG at all, but who would have thought back then that TG would not be a valid biomarker.
