According to your sticky post that i am replying to. They will get a buyout in 2018. Unless your buyout projections are 300 million or less which is under 15 cents a share than I some what concurr with your assesment. But when you say buyout and you are meaning billions and a dollar or more per share than your very post debunks this conclusion of final pps.

You said we will not see substantial increase in revenue until 2nd and 3rd quarter. Ummm if this is to be around a dollar pps by 2018. We have to speak of this ticker in terms of quarterly #'s REVENUE. And no longer pps.

The 1st q revs of 2017 will have to far exceed the weak revenue of the 10k at 382 thousand dollars. By far exceed I mean at the very least 100 percent gains. For the sake of discussion I will keep the #s on the low end in these examples:

1st q 760 thousand dollars. The second q will have to exceed the 1st q by 100 percent increase yet again (this the bare minimum). 2nd q 1.5 million dollars. Than third q again will have to far exceed the 2nd quarterly revenue by atleast 100 percent which gives us 3 million dollars for the 3rd quarter revenue. And finaly the fourth q will have to exceed the third q revenue again by the very low example of 100 percent which now gives us a 6 million dollar revenue for the fourth Q. And will give us total revenue for 2017 of 11.3 well right under 12 million dollars. Im not mentioning settlements or big deals because it is all about numbers anyway. If we get settlement or big big deal announcements and the revenue on the quarterlies are lower and dont match the big deals it will only be a flippers paradise. We never hit ten cents.

I personally dont see us hitting a dollar pps with my example unless there are some huge settlements with those revs and zero debt. Any way my example was to show you and others that these are the kind of numbers at the very least we should be expecting in the quarterlies or Qzzzz, If we think that there will be a buyout in the billions or the pps will hit a dollar by sometime next year. This is low my example that is.

Remember we can no longer say we need a good increase in revenue. If the above is to happen by or in 2018. We need massive increase in quarter after quarter good will not cut it. Unless the buyout will be for 100 million dollars or so. If we say billions of dollars than the above senerio must happen and alot more. So think on these levels when you 1 dollar pps. Remember the 4th q of 2016 showed our revenue decreasing we ended on a horrible note. Also a 45 percent increase in revenue does not constitute a turn around. For a true turn around to have happened in 2016 we would have to end the year with 1000 percent gain in revenue as opposed to 2015. Come on 260 thousand to 382 thousand. These are very very low numbers. You have to climb out of that whole to say there was a turn around. Pluse we still have huge debt and going deeper into debt according to the 10k. When posting we have to be real and not speculate so much. I appreciate your informative post and I truly hope yours is the reality not mine. Shalom.
