Okay once they acquire Migme and pay off creditors. What are they doing with Migme? Migme is losing money and it's doesnt as well known and Snapchat is, what is the point of acquiring it?

How would Migme add to SPCL bottom line? These are the questions that puzzle me. If anyone care to provide insight that would be great.
