Is institutional ownership good bad or indifferent? This is an extreme example of Institutional ownership.

11.78% Shares Held by All Insider and 5% Owners
92.20% % of Shares Held by Institutional & Mutual Fund Owners
104.51% % of Float Held by Institutional & Mutual Fund Owners
163 Number of Institutions Holding Shares

Short Interest has been running around 15% of total Float. This doesn't leave a lot left over for Joe Retail.

In this company these percentages haven't changed by any appreciable percentage in the last two years I have followed this company.

The stock price of the above has been like many other Bio Techs a rollercoaster ride. And the Tutes have maintained their position throughout. I have a very small amount of shares of this one. Only purchased as a ??? whats the deal with this nearly total tute plus insider ownership company. Must be something here? co is arry in case your wondering. This only pointed out due to questions regarding good bad or indifferent as to whether AVXL ownership by tutes is good or bad. I guess it depends on WHY they have the ownership. Legit or Nefarious?
