My final statement on Obvious and allowing a manufacture to not pay!!!!!


I may be wrong on this but creativity is built around obvious as no one

would ever invent anything unless it was obvious if what they invented

made the product a better product and function better.


Where would we be if nothing could be improved on because making it

function better would be obvious. Any damn fool should be able to see

something made better is obviously better. Bottom line if anything is

obvious then the party using and not paying obviously should have invented

it or not use it but to use it and not pay and say we could have done this

as this was obvious is a frigging joke to say the least.


This use of obviousness is serious shit and needs to be stopped

immediately if not sooner, as if it wasn't obvious that the invention

would make something better there would never be any enhancment of any

product. No electric automobile windows, no automatic transmissions,

no color t.v., no refrigerators that make ice and dispose of it and

water, no central air conditioning. All of these products were the result

of someone seeing that OBVIOUSLY they could invent something to make it

better. This is what life is about making things better and creativity.
