I ask myself the same question.
Why a FDA otc approval. Biel added apex 8 billion shares EQUIVALENT to 8 million USD.

AFTER AW interview now I got the answer. To prepare for the US MARKET. EACH million they spend BIEL MAKES PROFIT AROUND almost 16 million profit.

JMO.

WILL ADD 10 million shares next week
