Good to see solid questions being asked here!!

Of course no mention of the $134,000 they got from jade suit, that should have been on balance sheet...

They had revenue of $16,000 or so, but under the cost of revenue line item is showed as $0.... well this is the only line where you can put employee salaries under, so the Alleged 49 employees are working for free I guess!!!

Then the $160,000 SG and A line is just cash burn, this is where all the toxic cd loans are going...they bought no equipment, paid nothing on any leases, no new mill...

All questions one might have with the 10Q if you don't want to just drink the kool aide and really want to know what you own!!!
