Thanks for long post - I am not sure all the computing power is needed here.

Look at the clinical trials.gov site and you will notice

Pk sampling - blood test resukts
Part A - 1-48-264 hours (3 readings)
Part B - 3 readings
Extension - 3 readings

There are 32 patients (literally very small number)

So how much data points you think one can have for analysis?

In the past - similar exercises for much larger samples were done manually.

So IMO the Ariana card is played too much and what it can do to the data is overblown.
