I tend to agree with your post. I will wait on the gavel.
But I think we will find that America is all about plausible deniability.

This sort of situation is like a police shooting trial.
Of the cop can say he was in fear for his life, no matter how vaguely, he walks. The will do just enough to keep the people in check.
Reduce the protest to a minimum and the majority will ignore the few complainers until they look like conspiracy theorists.

Something will come to escrows.it will be the very least they think they can get away with.
That is why it is taking so long.
The longer it goes the more desperate we become and when they give us .60 for a U escrow a lot of us will be happy that something finally came.
Disappointed? Yes...but enough to fight in court?
Maybe...

But then they "find" another .40 and 90% accept it.
