Interesting info about the former lawyer in trouble with regulators. Maybe there is a reason for the consultant's other company's registered agent resignation on 1/19/2017 and that they haven't submitted their required list of officers or found a new registered agent? Registered agents are not expensive, but are required by Nevada, so service of important info can be delivered to a publicly-traded company.
