Can't blame the CEO for resigning. One google search on the interweb for their consultant Peter D Michaels reveals a lot of fraud and the past indictment and felonies.

Kinda puzzled that the SFIV president, secretary, and treasurer would have anything to do with the Hop-On CEO.

Will keep following to see if there are any 10%+ shareholder disclosures and those special preferred shares (convertible) recently added.

Interesting info about the former lawyer in trouble with regulators. Maybe there is a reason for the consultant's other company's registered agent resignation on 1/19/2017 and that they haven't submitted their required list of officers or found a new registered agent? Registered agents are not expensive, but are required by Nevada, so service of important info can be delivered to a publicly-traded company.
