Thanks. I feel better knowing I am not alone as far concerning the stock split.
Heck, I could say I am confused about this whole company!
Yes the NT should have been filed before April 5 and
yes, whenever they file... it will be a late late 10K
They actually had more than 15 days extra since April 15 fell on a Saturday.
Can't wait to read the 10K. Should be great.
Did I ever mention that their address on Duke Street was either Jay Pignatello's address or maybe it was just very close. Either way, I found that kind of interesting. What are the odds....
