He was at the SHM and all of us spoke to him. I think it's plausible that when the SHM took place Kay didn't have a strong sense or wouldn't say what he thought it was worth. It's also equally believable that after all that has occurred, Kay now believes it to be worth 8billion.
In the end it only matters if and when the company sells. It's fun to speculate on 3.50$ a share but I will be thrilled with much less.
