KCC, the S-1 registration statement calculates the registration fee based on that .75 figure, other than that it is a meaningless figure, the LPC agreement is where the stock selling to LPC prices are defined, and I believe it is essentially something like the low price of any given day that management asks to tap for funds, that agreement is complicated, but yes if we put out a 25Gbs proto and the stock moves much higher, and then we tap LPC we will receive much higher amounts of funding, the fine line to walk for management, is to not abuse a technical run up by 2-bit traders to hose LPC into buying too high priced of shares, I think Inversor has stated that per discussions with Z, management has always been ultra conservative in making sure not to let that happen, also I agree with Inversor that the LPC agreement will probably be replaced within the next 12 months
