EXIM indicated that the review would be completed in weeks not months.For this type of loan it is an on-line process.

terms are being negotiated between bank and Cam. Both have met with EXIM on terms. So still in process.

So:

1. This "week not months" process is indeed taking months
2. This "on-line" process involves 'bank and Cam.' meeting EXIM
3. EXIM is in itself a bank, but somehow another bank is getting involved and negotiating terms
