Question "How long does it take for a Ticker change when all filings have been submitted?"
Answer "If it's only a ticker change the process can take up to 48 hours"
Question " How long would it take for a NAME change after it has been approved by the board and the filings have been submitted to you?"
Answer "that's a bit longer, Name change can take a minimum of 2 weeks"
Question "Can you submit both ticker and Name change at the same time?"
Answer "yes"
Question "The state of Delaware approved a name change why is it still showing as the old one in brokerage accounts?"
Answer "They approved it but FINRA is who deals with aproving and making the changes for brokerage accounts so everyone can see the new name"
So my understanding for why this is taking so long is not because we are waiting on a ticker change but because we are waiting for FINRA to officially change the name and then change ticker. There would be no point in getting a new ticker if the name of the company in every brokerage firm still says UA MultiMedia. Still going to hold long but man this is annoying. Annoying as in the company stopped replying to my emails and i had to go to the source to find this information. Idk why UAMM couldn't answer some simple questions they obviously should know.
