It would have been nice to know three years ago what I know today, but no spreadsheet was going to tell me that management would run the company into the ground, sell it's most valuable assets for a song and head for the hill's.
The real key, for me at least, was that I didn't trust them three years ago. That should have mattered. Unfortunately, I relied on posters who went to Mass. and said what a wonderful product we had.
I never really invested in the company, I invested in the technology. My bad, now I'm left with a company that has no technology.
