Penny-scammers are often charming and pretend to do good things. Typical.
That's why talking to the CEO is pointless, since all they will say are things to perpetuate the scam.

"It is easier to fool someone, than to convince them they have been fooled."

For those that don't get it, it means that people need to be more careful, and do good due diligence.
