MR. DY sent me these.very.relevant.thoughts on.the.'$26M "debt"'--NON.DEBT.....

The $26mil figure is not a debt. They don't owe anyone anywhere near that amount of money at all. Everyone is ignoring the "paid in capital" of $22,395,552. Even then, the resulting difference is not a debt owed to anyone. Period.
