That shady law firm does this for a living. It was probably paid for by shorts. They look for stocks to short and then they announce that they are 'investigating' the company for these 'potential' breaches. They did the same thing to Magnagas, and Magnagas turned right around and hired John Ashcroft's law firm to sue them for stock manipulation. Google them and you will see they do this kind of thing all the time.
