Don't be fooled, the dumpers are on the ask and the bid. If they where just selling they would run this down to no bid so they play both sides. When the buyers dry up they will put out some fluff news to stimulate more buying so they can have more dumping. It is all a con game to dump shares. They will max this out to 5 billion float then it will never move because there will be an ocean of worthless shares.
