u absolutely can not, u can dilute without filings but not beyond the authorized. PHBT was an example last summer 300M authorized got maxed out ran from 001 to 009 cause the idiot ceo didnt have enuff $$$ to file to get the authorized increased, eventually he did and now its 0001 lol

also authorized has been verified as 600M as recently as a few days ago
