I agree but the strange thing is RICH who is the CEO promised to reduce the shares which he did in January. I think 500million but now it appear that they have been re-allocated to pay 80% of debt owned to 4 debt holders.

I believe were at close to 850,000,000 share outstanding, which is still under a billion. Compared to a lot of the Penny stock that I've looked into this is not to bad. But that just my opinion.

Others on this board can probably give actually number. We do have great DD here.
