Old saying! never short a dull market or stock!!!!



If you don't think you can get your azz handed to you just look at

dry ships and see the low and high. The high is staggering. We all know

what IDCC did in 1999 and the fundamentals are a ton better than they

were then. It takes either good news or the market makers making a decision

to kill the shorts. I would like either but truthfully would love to

see good news with new license and a ton of back money.


My opinion we are sitting on a time bomb to the upside as there is no

ignoring that tons of companies are not licensed and owe back money and

maybe someone can wake up our license team and they can flood us with

new license including computer manufactures. To get little to nothing

revenue for the use of laptops, tablets and other computer related

devices is another disgrace.


It is time for IDCC to grow up and get paid for what they have and quit

getting patents that generate no new revenue. How can a company that was

a pioneer in wireless be trading below a facebook and other start up

companies? If that isn't a reflection on management then I don't know

what is.


Rip Tilden a former investor relations person for IDCC specifically

touted the use of IDCC technology in utility meters, then there was the

touting of maintaining a $1.50 per handset when they couldn't maintain

what they was never getting.

Merritt if you are truly a CEO that can lead a company to being a leader

then get some license are show some balls and fire these worthless

people you call best in class, which means they had a piss poor class.

Action speaks louder than words and your actions leaves a hell of a lot

to be desired from a CEO. By the way Patrick our investor relations

person must not return phone calls as I left my number and a message

over a week ago and no call back. So leaving a message and expecting

a call back don't hold your breath.


I am bullish on IDCC potential but I will also tell it like it is and

our leadership and license department sucks.
