I honestly don't know the answer to that question and have no interest in Kasten. I research them because they have the potential to prevent ViaDerma from using the patent-pending technology. There is a reason the Annual Report contains notice of the lawsuit and reference to a claim that Otiko didn't assign technology to Dakota.

Kasten is in transition at this time. Keough may need to resolve his ongoing problems with Otiko before they can go full speed ahead. I give him credit if that is the case.
