Thanks JB!! I have an SEC Attorney on retainer...I told him I am not going to shoot my own foot if maybe Brian has seen a burning bush and scared or maybe even has some iota of remorse and takes this now "shell" and our money and my loans that are all in the public filings and BY PROOF OF ACTION AND EVIDENCE says we actually will at some point soon, become a REAL COMPANY...IF NOT then he forces my hand by continuously ignoring a Debt Holder..
