Restraining Orders/Injunctions can be issued at any time upon review of the facts. No waiting required. It will be very easy for the judge to see Otiko's numerous lies and misrepresentations based on the Exhibits presented. The Annual Report Disclosures issued yesterday contain proof of Otiko's misrepresentations.

Any judge would be remiss if they allow these guys to continue to blatantly disregard Keough's rights and deceive and mislead shareholders.

The DOJ announcements regarding Garrett Adams multi-million dollar tax fraud are in the Exhibit list.

An injunction is an order issued by a court that forces the defendant––a person, corporation or government entity––to do something or stop doing something, depending on what the plaintiff is requesting.

No judge will grant in injunction without a lengthy hearing and they won't get into a courtroom for at least a year or more. So, forget about in injunction.
