I'm simple stating they have a better chance at approval not because Uncle Mike is on board but because they now have FDA lawyer's and Doctors that knows FDA dialect. In my opinion Radiogel has been proven to work and its all just a matter proper documentation.

Jimbo on the other hand with his elephant size ego wouldn't think of hiring a lawyer to do his smart work for him. He was inept when he faced FDA last time and that's why Radiogel failed. Uncle Mike along with his doctors and Lawyers will see to it that they get their FDA approval whenever that may be.
