The FDA doesn't pass devices and drugs based on favors and friendships or if a celebrity is on the board. If a precedent is set (and it is) they have to follow it or they would be sued publicly and repeatedly in class action lawsuits. Also if it doesn't pass they won't pass it because of Mike. To even state that they have a better chance of passing simply because Mike is on board but didn't pass it with Dr Fisher already on board......
