If a 3rd party uses CIP technology to manufacture for Apple that 3rd party needs a license, but Apple could/will grant the license. (Actually, LQMT could not grant a license to the 3rd party to use CIP technology in the field of CE because we have already assigned that technology to Apple.) Consequently, we would not generate royalties from a 3rd party manufacturing for Apple.

I think your analysis of how LQMT will make $100 million from licensing to manufacturers of CE products is wrong, or I'm missing some key assumptions that you made.
