Software, no cost in REALITY except for the labor to set up the download.


Support, software has to have support. Which is an ongoing overhead.

I wonder how much support SFOR can offer with 8 employees? Of those 8 I wonder how many of those would take support tickets?

Ahh, according to their sales numbers there is no need to add additional employees for support at this time...
