So the balance sheet looks better if the Company doesn't pay its some of its contractors! That sounds like a winning strategy, but it doesn't seem to have helped AWSL's share price very much.

I don't spend much time on the trail, Mike, so what an I missing here?

Maybe all the other companies, that the heads of this company had involvement in, were used to generate revenue to put into Atlantic, the one company that they thought might actually succeed.
I think in any business atmosphere, shares of the stock are given or information is provided to achieve a profit, to a good deal of business associates. Scratch my back, and we will scratch yours. Then they do something, that will in the end, generate profits for the company.
Again, I am going to bring up, the 14 million common shares that John Wilkes owns, I believe that he wants the stock price to go up, even though most followers of this message board do not. Look at the volume in the past 7 years, if they were pumping and dumping, and scamming us all. The proceeds would equate to peanuts.
Yes, I agree that there was some shady activity in the past, but I believe this is just the behind the scenes business world, yes promote my company, and I will give you some shares. Then I will sell a bit of my shares to make a profit. Win win, but most do not get caught, everybody is bribing people, or doing things to ultimately serve their own agenda.
Some of you say, that Atlantic has not paid some of the contractors they hired, seems to me that this is good for the company. Not very good business ethics, but when it comes down to it, the balance sheet looks better.
All and all, I believe this company will survive, and will not get abandoned. I have put my money where my mouth is, and hope that in the end, I do not only achieve a capital loss tax write off.
What about the yield co they setup, why would they do this? They say it has nothing to do with Atlantic's financials, and is put in place to generate revenue for awsl. What reason would they have to put this in place, if they were just going to abandon the company?
I know there are a lot of non-believers who follow this message board, but I have to think that somewhere, at some point, somebody will come back to this message board, and say something positive about this company.I mean, there must be some share holders out there somewhere. I would appreciate some optimism.
