Well, "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" does not mean 100% share's cancellation! One of VGTL's OTC Non-reporting "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" peers is still trading now after "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" for Seven years! Of course those unlucky "SEC Reporting - Delinquent" peers were already revoked by the SEC (such as safc and mfth etc.).

Anyway obviously those Tens of Millions shares of 0.0001s sellers must be afraid of Terrible cancellation risks thus they dumped all their shares at the Lowest-Possible price 0.0001! They should kick themselves now since they could easily sell those shares at the strong bids support 0.0002 now...
