Bright side still VTSI registration/quarterly vs dark MR-10k!

Balance remains positive but zero attention to current shareholder value. Hint: Shareholders like to own things that go up... And the lack of buyback participation is certainly no confidence builder for companies' perceived value of its own shares. Not to mention lack of insider share purchases. While lots of new cash was pumped into MR, no problem. Sadly, MR still has almost none. Hogwash.
