How did Robert Hipple once again avoid a criminal Indictment?

Just looking through the recent OTC filings from 2016 still shows Hipple involved in BICB as a debt Note holder.

Hipple had been involved in the Issuer since July 1, 2009 when the shell under its former name of Halcyon Jets Holding Inc (HJHO) acquired Alliance Network Communications, Inc (an entity in which Hipple and many Hipple associates were shareholders).

Note that back then Robert Hipple was using his wife, Dana Hipple, in filings because of his SEC ban

After that acquisition the Issuer became Alliance Network Communications, Inc (ALHN).

Coinciding with the acquisition/change of control, Boris Rubizhevsky became the new CEO of ALHN. Boris Rubizhevsky was a long time Robert Hipple associate. The two of them were involved in creating an entity in Nevada named Therabiogin Inc in 2005 that later in 2007 was merged into an abandoned hijacked ticker named Terra Trema Inc becoming Therabiogen, Inc (fka TRAB).

Later in July of 2010, ALHN (which has always been a Delaware entity) acquired a Nevada business entity named Biocube Inc which had been set up by Robert Hipple, Boris Ribizhevsky, and Chris Messalas. The arms length acquisition was no doubt just done to create debt and equity to set-up ALHN as a typical Robert Hipple type insider enrichment scheme.

Following the acquisition of the Nevada entity named Biocube Inc, ALHN was changed to Biocube Inc (BICB) in January of 2011.

Adam Tracy is an idiot for attempting to hijack the Nevada Biocube Inc entity since BICB (the publicly traded Issuer) is still a Delaware entity and is still very much active.

Even today the BICB filings are loading with Robert Hipple associates and Hipple linked entities.



Later, in January of 2012, in typical Hipple fashion, Robert Hipple also sold his Nevada entity named Biocube Inc to another one of his public shells which at the time was trading as Allezoe Medical Holdings Inc (ALZM)

At that time Biocube Inc (the Nevada entity) was said to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Elan Health Services Inc (a Henry Jan/Robert Hipple company). Once again it was nothing more than an arm's length deal to create debt and equity used to facilitate a Robert Hipple insider enrichment scam.

Amazing how Hipple can sell the same entity to two different public tickers.

Also disturbing is that at this time Biocube Inc was already a revoked Nevada entity. I wrote about this some in the following post

Today ALZM still trades as NOHO and is still getting used as a dilution scam. Robert Hipple still owns debt in NOHO. NOHO also had links to another Robert Hipple ticker named Crown City Pictures Inc (CCPI) which today trades as WPFH. I'm not sure if those links still exist or not.

It gets hard to keep track of all the Robert Hipple scams (ADAC/SKTO/AEGY/OCTI/etc)
