In my opinion, this is the "bad" or concerning part of the 10-k (from my post #154162)

So if the $50k was allowed in Q4, doesn't ONLY $42k in Q4 revenue concern anyone--especially with all the new sales channels that have been established.

Q1 10Q: revenue for 3 months=$82,709
Q2 10Q: revenue for 3 months=$126,890
Q3 10Q: revenue for 3 months=$183,029
Q4 10k: revenue for 3 months= -$8,339 or $41,661 (if $50k is counted)

Weren't competitors also infringing during the first three quarters of 2016 or did this just start on October 1, 2016?

Not bashing, just looking for an objective explanation--only about the revenue or lack there of. I'm already aware of lawsuits, ACS, DoD, HSN.....
