And when the reality is that even a Florida judge in a separate case concluded that the only reason the SEC even named MHYS in their discovery was a misguided attempt at bolstering allegations that the center of the fraud, recycle tech; was not an isolated fraud. Why didn't that article get posted in the Ibox? So not one, but two separate judges in two separate cases in two separate states found zero reason to believe that MHYS was in any way shape or form involved in stock fraud, much less indict them. Yet, there it is in the Ibox, plain as the nose on my face, that MHYS is implied guilty of stock fraud.

So how is that supposed to help me know what I "own"?

Big deal if there is no bid. No bid means no dilution while the CEO gets it together.

I shouldn't really need to prove something that I never claimed. Where did I ever make a defined statement as even an implied fact that MHYS generates profit at this point? I'm not the one making those sort of claims here. I have made claims that good, bad or mediocre; Grodnik is still making and releasing movies into the public market under the MHYS badge; all of which can be verified as at one point I could actually get tickets and watch them in a theater or rent the dvd to see it in my home and there in black and color is the MHYS logo. And since I am not the only one that is able to purchase tickets and see them in theaters, it is a pretty safe assumption that I am not hallucinating. Frankly I think the company is still under water from having it's head stuck in the toilet and given a financial swirly by toxic lenders pretending to be his business partner and probably will be for quite a while. Now, that state of affairs is my opinion based on the facts and evidence publicly available to to anyone that wants it and in another very recent post shows where I derived that opinion. I won't argue that we haven't seen filings in years. So I would ask again...
