I wrote the following. Let's see what he says:

Thanks for taking my phone call.

I am confused about the 10K statement that came out today. In particular:

The current 10K states:

We generated all of our revenues of $384,289 for the year ended December 31, 2016


Then the 10Q from quarter 3 states:

Revenue for the nine months ended September 30, 2016: $392,628


I cannot understand how the revenue for the entire year of $384, 289 could be less than that for only the first nine months of $392,628, since the revenue for the entire year should include the revenue for the first nine months and therefore must be more not less.


Is there some error here? Or can you explain this discrepancy please?
