When the IPR is ruled in our favor and the USPTO determines there was no prior art, settlements with infringers will be larger.

Then, all future infringers just fall in line and pay both fines and license fees.

Don't forget, forensic accountants for every one of these infringers has already determined how much their company made from the SFOR patent.

Too many things were happening all at the same time. SFOR couldn't keep up.

That's why the filing was late. As Kay stated in the NT: The day to day operations took so much time they could not file in a timely manner. With future deals and operations coming, we may continue to see late filings. At least until the company has settled all suits.

There are 100s of patent infringers that still need to be dealt with!!
