The high cost of preparation cannot be justified.



Yeah, that's what SUNE said one year ago before we spent $100 million on lawyers throughout the Ch. 11. That's a sorry excuse and hopefully Judge will see it that way.

And First Wind was just included last week for the new DIP loan, don't act like that's been the case forever.
