Per the TA,

SS is still the same as otcmarkets.

New officers have final paperwork. As soon as it's finished and filed they will be updating shareholders and he is going to send me the contact information.

Manny is no longer involved. Based on info adam is no longer involved.

I wont put a timeframe but it's good to know that the new company is in fact in control finally and they are working on the final paperwork. Shareholder timeframes are moot.
