Nice, I love the company but have been burned by their insane debt terms before and want to get back in but we've all seen it go .01 -.03 - .01 - .04 - .01 - .03 and such while the OS increases significantly, I'm glad there is some DD on here about the debt, hands down this would be over .20 without that debt. I'm fishing to buy in here I just don't want to see another debt induced crash to .01 again... most stocks with convertible debt at a discount and not at a fixed price of about 3% of the current market price like we have here, have bigger upswings.. this one seems like right when it gains momentum they just sell into it and never let it get anywhere
