Fact is if management gained from these conversions they would not have paid down anything in cash. They have paid down where they could because they want the dilution as low as possible. The CEO has 20m shares and would rather that be 20 of 200 instead of 20 out of 900
If you strongly feel otherwise. Please provide what you are looking at that makes you so sure.
I'd suggest you read the pinned post about lenders accepting cash payments.
Right now the market has baked in a full dilution assumption, anything less than 100% will reflect favorable on our price.
