Apparently you didn't, as you're still talking about the LOI as though it's a legitimate agreement and proof that Bruce is working for the shareholders.

No, the LOI is more vague PR garbage. If no 8k appears, that's even more reason to doubt it.

If the 8k comes through, and provides more information, then I'll be willing to back off that statement.
