Is another trading symbol change in the offing? I am not sure if the 15 day requirement to file the annual report means 15 calendar days or 15 business days. If it means 15 calendar days does it have to be filed on a weekend or holiday?

Whichever, we are soon approaching that deadline. If reached the trading symbol will add another suffix, the dreaded "E", meaning that the filings were late and the trading symbol would become GERSDE. Sounds like a cow? In addition, the OTC Markets would add the infamous "Stop" sign to the GERSDE listing meaning that the company was not providing current information.

A side observation may be in order -- it doesn't appear that there is much dumping of discounted shares at 2 cents a share. In the past the R/Ss were quickly met with dumping and decreased PPS. Something to be attentive to in the coming days.
