Biggest issue for rest of decade is that money is flowing into ETF funds, and happens to be money that may have historically gone to such things as mining stocks Like IN THIS case. I know it's a problem, but until institutions use ETF funds while jacking up individual stocks in that fund, there will be periods of never before displacements of wealth building and voids in gains.
