When Pres. Meaney said that the military is big on Condition Based Maintenance that includes the Army. While the daily volume of MKRS traded is higher, it is still thin relative to the news and most investors are holding long.
Still waiting for Insider Buying. When the Insider Buying does occur, it will rocket MKRS to new highs.
