that's not how it works on the OTC

Generally speaking a company will max out its AS, then either RS or raise it

So when you are comparing a stock to another stock or its previous iteration use the AS

Even if you disregard everything I just said and use the OS instead which is what you are suggesting then the analogy goes --

Running to .0225 now would be the equivalent of running to 45 cents back in 2014


If you take a blended approach between what I say (.0078) and what you say (.0225) then you get .015

That's right. We would have to run to .015. One and a half pennies to EQUAL the run from 2014
